Peter, my service advisor and Willie met me as I pulled in for my appointment. We went over the service that needed to be done. I left my car with them and ran a couple nearby errands. My ride dropped me off and in 20 minutes Peter let me know my car was ready. Great customer service.

First, it took 5 minutes for anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. It took over two hours to have the oil changed and tires rotated! I have never waited that long - before 1 1/2 hours at the most. Then, when I get home I get a sign on my screen that says "Service - Tire Monitor System". So, now I have to go back for them to do this since they did not do it after rotating he tires!
