Mason Jacobs was my service advisor for this visit to the service dept. He provided excellent customer service. Mason kept his word about my Impala's alignment being completed under the 3 hour window. My car's alignment was completed in under an hour and washed after as I requested. I was very impressed with this visit to Watson's Chevrolet Service Dept.

After four trips to the service department and finally having to get the Service Dept. manager and Joe Watson involved, the issue was “finally fixed”. The folks at Watson are great folks but they need to do a better job of getting the job done at the first visit rather than four separate trips and a complaint to get someone to take it seriously.

Pros: Had the vehicle that we were looking for in stock. No dealer price mark ups. No high pressure sales tactics. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fair trade in allowance was given after some negotiation. Vehicle was brought to a nice shaded area near the showroom and sales mans office, no walking around in the hot sun. Was able to compare to another model. Cons: No discounts or rebates on this vehicle. Some dealer add-ons which we are not a fan. Was not a lot of money but just the idea that products are said to be mandatory does not give the customer the option of what they purchase. First new car we have bought since 2016 (at another dealer) and process is still much too long.
