Service rep was rude after payment submitted. Did not want to discuss other possible issues with vehicle. There should be general coupons available at the counter for discount. Prices for service are going up and wages stay the same

I have made all of my preventative maintenance services and my last one was just a few months ago. However, my front brake pads wore down and ruined the rotators. I would think my previous maintenance service would have alerted me of this to save me the $1,000+ for new rotors. It is hard to believe the pads were good a few months earlier and now bad. Disappointed.

I lost 4 hours of work bringing my 2023 bolt euv in for a recall on the battery charger was told to drop my car off at 7am and that it would take all day so after wasting gas to take the wife’s car back to work I had to waste more gas running home to get my wife when I was off work then had to waste more gas to go pick up the car to find out it was a total waste of time no one ever talked to me about my car I had to read the paper to find out my charging cord wasn’t on the replace list I drive 100 miles a day round trip going to work and back having to drop my car off over a charging cord when I could have just brought in my charging cord the day before was rediculess will probably never come back here again
